The Right Way to Cleanse Your Face

Choose the Right Product: Choose according to your skin type. For oily skin, choose a strong cleanser; for dry skin, choose a mild moisturizer; for normal skin, choose a mild formula; for sensitive skin, choose a non-irritating formula. Wash your face with warm water: Wet your face with warm water (around 35-40°C/110-120°F). This will open your pores without stripping your skin of its natural oils. Lather: Rub your cleanser into a rich lather in the palm of your hand. If using facial soap, use a foaming net. Gently Massage: Apply the lather evenly to your face. Using your fingertips, gently massage from your forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin for about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to rub too hard, especially around the sides of your nose, the edge of your forehead, and your chin. Rinse thoroughly: Rinse thoroughly with warm water to remove any residue.
